Active Shooter Training
What they say about us
I’ve taken the Active Shooter Workshop twice now, and each time we covered different real-life scenarios. The experience was intense, but also incredibly eye-opening. It’s scary to think about ever having to use these skills in a real situation, but the thought of being unprepared is even scarier. The scenarios were based on actual events, which made everything feel real and relevant. I feel more confident knowing I have the tools and strategies to respond if the unthinkable ever happens, and I genuinely believe this training is essential in America.

Run - Hide - Fight
Active shooter incidents are a pressing issue in the U.S., with an average of 40-50 events annually over the past decade. In 2023 alone, the FBI reported 48 active shooter incidents, the majority occurring in open spaces, commercial areas, and schools. Handguns are the most frequently used weapons in these attacks, followed by rifles and shotguns. The most effective way to minimize damage is through early intervention, often involving law enforcement or civilians trained in self-defense and preparedness. FBI reports show that while many attacks end with law enforcement intervention, there have been cases where civilian action successfully prevented greater harm. It’s clear that understanding these facts and being prepared can be life-saving.
