Why Mobility Matters More Than You Think
Most people accept chronic soreness, tightness, and even injury as part of training.
They push through it. Work around it. Tape it up and keep going.
But here’s the truth:
Pain is often a sign of misalignment, not just intensity.
When your joints aren’t supported well, when certain muscles overwork while others underperform, and when movement patterns are off, the body starts to compensate. Over time, those compensations lead to wear and tear.
Mobility work, done correctly, addresses this at the root.
It helps restore balance so your body can absorb force, generate power, and recover more efficiently.

Mobility isn’t just about flexibility. It’s about control, awareness, and alignment.
When you understand how your skeleton and muscles are meant to work together:

I’m almost 55 years old. I train Krav Maga, on average, five times a week.

I know how to maintain alignment, restore tissue quality, and support my joints so they can handle the demands I place on them.
